"109 Signs of a Suspicious Company in the Opinion of the Tax Inspector."

29.03.07 "109 Signs of a Suspicious Company in the Opinion of the Tax Inspector" As Circulated by the Russian Federal Tax Service
Not long ago, the Federal Tax Service circulated an internal document called "109 Signs of a Suspicious Company in the Opinion of the Tax Inspector."
The Alinga Market Update, through its sources, has obtained a copy of this list and presents it here, in Russian, unabridged and in full. Forward this on to your accountants, lawyers, and auditors!
The list is broken into three parts: the first presents signs the tax inspection will look for when a company is registered. The second, smallest section, concerns signs to look for when the company creates an account at the tax inspectorate. The third part concerns signs revealed through the business activities of the company.
The document is not so harmless as it may seem. Infringement of any item on the list will be considered justification for placing the company on a new "black list" planned to be created in the near future and currently known as "Yul-KPO."
