On October  19, 2011 Alinga Director Alexei Sprikhin made a presentation on the draft law “Consolidated Group of Taxpayers” to AmCham’s Annual Tax Conference. This draft law since has been passed by the State Duma and will enter into force along with the new Transfer Pricing Rules on January 1, 2012.
