Practical Implications of the Legislative Changes in 2011:
Taxes, Transfer Pricing, Accounting Policy and Other Issues

On November 1, 2011, Alinga Consulting Group held a seminar covering the practical application of major changes to taxation and accounting rules that occurred in 2011. The seminar addressed many practical concerns. Alinga specialists presented on such topics as the new social insurance premiums, the latest developments in VAT calculation, and in applying corrections to VAT-invoices. Moreover, they touched upon the issues of the ways of forming contingencies, creating accounting reserves, and formulating accounting policies in addition to discussing the transfer pricing rules and the new law on personal data.

According to a survey of the participants, the most interesting presentations were on the latest changes in taxation and the new transfer pricing regulations. Alinga’s professionals addressed several questions from the audience on these subjects both during and after the presentations.
