Alinga will present at the the next meeting of the AmCham Enterprise Development Committee, to be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 5, 2010 at the AmCham office.

What’s new for SMEs in 2010?

1. Legal Issues (20-30 minutes)
 

Andrey Zelenin, Partner, and Dmitry Pavlov, Associate, Lidings Law Firm

• New regulation of construction activities;
• New regulation of trade and retail;
• Bankruptcy proceedings;
• Personal data regulations;
• Mortgage financing;
• Plans for 2010 – work permits, technical regulations, antimonopoly, criminal responsibility for business crimes, ADR and mediation.

2. Accounting Issues (15-20 minutes)

• Chet Blowing, Partner, Alinga Consulting Group, will present an overview of new IFRS Rules for SMEs;
• Alexei Sprihin, Manager, Alinga Consulting Group, will present on using 1C 8 version for parallel RAS – IFRS accounting.
