On Friday, Oct 14th, Chet Bowling was invited to present to graduate students at the Pericles Law School on “Structuring Russian Business via Foreign Jurisdictions.” Students learned about the advantages and disadvantages of using offshore companies and well as some of the mechanics of how this was done. The session was ended with and interactive Q&A including factors that influence the successes of foreign SMEs in Russia.
