The web-site of Russia’s Ministry of Finance (MinFin) hosts a draft of new accounting guidelines for the “correction of errors in accountancy and financial reports.” The draft spells out regulations for correcting errors, and also procedures for reflecting in financial reports information regarding errors of previous accounting periods.
