Legislators intend to simplify procedures for banks and financial institutions hiring foreign specialists. Under a draft bill now under consideration, employers of financial organizations (banks, insurance, investment and management companies, non-government pension funds, market professionals) will gain the right to hire foreign citizens without obtaining work permits from the Federal Migrations Service (FMS), with the only requirement to notify the FMS about the hire.
