Many directors discourage employees from working in another company. Some even place a clause in the labor contract prohibiting personnel from taking a second part-time job. 

However, such clauses are illegal and the company may be fined by labor inspection for using them. Every employee has the right to work an unlimited number of jobs. According to Article 282 of the Labor Code, this right may be restricted only by federal law.
