6. Language Resources
GAAP.ru provides a helpful English-Russian glossary of accounting terms.
Multitran.ru is a free electronic dictionary with a massive database of general words, jargon, phases, slang, and more.
Prompt.ru offers the ability to translate larger sections of text at once (though, of course, it should not be trusted to give a perfectly accurate translation!)
ForeignExchange Translations focuses on the foreign-language needs of companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostics and biotech industries, as well as contract research organizations (CROs).
Language Connections offers translation, interpretation, sign-language interpreting, and localization services to clients who need to reach diverse audiences. Language Connections can translate a wide array of documents, but are currently specializing in medical translations.
Language Link is a general translation services company with very reasonable prices and generally stable product quality.
7. Other Resources
EAtals.ru gives online, searchable maps of Russian cities
NaitiProsto.ru is a handy database of Russian businesses and organizations, searchable by various criteria (location, phone number, metro etc.)
PFRMSK.ru - This is the site of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region. Through this site, you can request (only in Russian), information about any changes that companies have made to charters and more.
The Federal Tax Service has released a new, free program (in Russian) to help accountants check their work.
