Chet Bowling

Managing Partner

Chet holds a BA and MA in Law from the Russian People’s Friendship University and received his MBA from the Business School of Kingston University in the United Kingdom. As the Managing Partner and a founder of Alinga Consulting Group in 1999, he has played a leading role in managing the service delivery and consulting major clients. Chet specializes in taxation of foreign companies doing business in Russia and his experience includes advising a large US industrial gases company on a multi-million dollar equity and debt investment into Russia; providing transaction support to a French food manufacturer acquiring a factory in the south of Russia; providing tax structuring to a UK investor in the Russian agro sector.

Galina Belikova

Director - Audit & Tax Department

Galina Belikova graduated from the All-Russian State Tax Academy with an economic degree, specializing in accounting and audit. She is also qualified as a lawyer, having graduated from the Moscow Academy of Finance and Law, with a specialization in jurisprudence. Galina is a certified auditor. In 2009 she received the DipIFR certificate as a specialist on International Financial Reporting. Galina has also held the rank of tax service adviser of the third order with the Russian Tax Office. Before joining the Alinga Team, Galina worked for such companies as Eleks-Polus (part of the carmaker LADA) and the Audit Firm – Константа.

Yulia Mazur

Partner - Head of Accounting & Payroll

Yulia has been with Alinga since 2004. She holds an engineering degree from the Ryazan State Radio Technical Academy, as well as a diploma in Accounting, Control and Business Analysis. She was in charge of the financial records for Putin’s election campaign in 2000. Yulia's experience also includes consulting on several taxes to the Ryazan Duma and working as a chief accountant in organizations in different sectors. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Accountants and is a highly qualified specialist in Russian taxation.

Alexey Spirikhin

Audit Manager - IFRS

Alexey holds an economics degree in Finance and Credit from the Tyumen State University. In 2005 he received a Certificate in GAAP Accounting from the American Institute for Business and Economics. Alexei is also currently completing his ACCA exams. Alexei has extensive experience in the agricultural, food/entertainment, real estate, and transportation sectors. Alexei currently holds the position of Audit Manager and is involved in audits conducted in accordance with both International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and Russian Standards on Auditing (RSA).
