By Decree # 607 from September 17, 2007 (registered by the Ministry of Justice on December 7, 2007 as # 10655), the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation approved a list of professions and duties that foreign citizens will be permitted to perform in specified cases outside of the location where their work permit was issued.

The list is divided into two categories. The first contains professions which require regular travel and are permitted regular travel. The second is a list of professions which require occasional travel and are permitted occasional travel.

The names of the professions and vocations are listed in two addendums to the Decree.
