By Decree # 44n from January 31, 2008, the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development added to the list of professions, occupations, and work positions, which allow foreign citizens to conduct work activity outside of the territorial subject of RF where their work permit was issued. These additions include:

• Managers and head executives of companies, organizations, and enterprises;
• Departmental Managers (of specialized production-and-operation departments (services));
• Division and Unit Managers;
• Managers and head executives of small businesses and organizations.

The decree is registered by the Ministry of Justice with # 11176 on February 18, 2008.
