Russia’s General Prosecutor has proposed procedural changes that would allow public prosecutors to sue companies for tax debts in arbitration courts.

Currently, prosecutors are prohibited from filing lawsuits in arbitration courts, and can only issue an order to a company demanding payment. The order is currently not enforceable through courts.
