The government of the Russian Federation decrees:

1. To amend the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 29, 2006 N 398 "On the Marking of Alcohol Products Imported into the Customs Territory of the Russian Federation on or Before March 31, 2006, and Marked with Excise Stamps Valid Until December 31, 2005, Inclusive" (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2006, N 27, Art. 2944; 2007, N 1, Art. 267) as follows:

• in Provision 2:
  • The first paragraph is no longer in effect;
  • In the second paragraph, the word "Organization" is replaced with the words "An Organization that brings in (imports) alcohol products into the customs territory of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - an Organization),";
• In Provision 6, the words "warehouses specified in Provision 2 of this order," shall be deleted.

2. This decree takes effect as of the day of its official publication.
