The Russian government has just approved regulation No. 82 of 16.02.2005 on the procedure for reporting to the Federal Financial Monitoring Service. This concerns lawyers, notary publics, and all companies providing legal or accounting services. According to this document, specialists in such firms must report within one day any suspected illegal activity of their clients.
