 29.07.08
The Labor Inspection has been given control over calculations, payment, and awarding the temporary disability payments that are made at the employer’s expense. This is according to amendments to Article 356 of the Tax Code implemented by Federal Law # 157-ÔÇ from July 22, 2008.
Only the first two days of temporary disability are paid at the employer’s expense.
Starting with third day of temporary disability, benefits are paid from the State Social Insurance Fund.
