It is expected that starting January 1, 2009 minimum wage in Moscow will reach 8,300 rubles. It was announced at the meeting of Moscow Trilateral Commission. This will not be the only increase of minimum wages in Moscow in 2009. In May, the minimum wage should be increased to 8,500 rubles, and in September – to 8,700 rubles.
