Non-Profit Organizations May Be Able To File One Tax Declaration

Last week, legislators from the Perm region submitted proposed amendments to the Tax Code. They suggest allowing NGOs to file a single tax declaration even if they had no activity on their bank accounts. Currently, even if a taxpayer does not execute transactions, credit organizations withdraw service fees from the account, technically creating a flow of funds and account activity that must be declared. It obligates organizations to file zero-balance accounting reports which do not contain any useful information, according to the authors of the proposed draft.
