Where We Came From

Alinga Consulting Group was founded in 1999 by a small, international team of professionals that had been working in the Russian market since 1992. Legal compliance services, particularly those related to company start-up, initially served as the core of our business. As the market grew and came to demand accounting & payroll services, we grew and diversified to offer these services as well. Today, as increased foreign investment has increased demand for professional accounting and audit services. Alinga has kept pace with a range of solutions for the smooth financial operation of businesses in Russia.

About Our Name

Our pride in being locally-born is shown in our choice of name. The word "Alinga" is of Evenki origin. The Evenki are a native people of eastern Siberia and the word is complex: it can be used to refer to both river rapids and new plant shoots. We felt that a word that encompassed challenge, birth, and growth, and as well as reflected the diversity and expanse of Russia, was exceptionally appropriate for a new business in Russia at that time. It remains so today.

Licenses and Insurance 

	Alinga is registered as of October 2009 with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) to provide audits to US public companies.        Alinga is licensed for audit services and insured (through Alfa Insurance) for professional liability.
Our Memberships
	IGAF Polaris Polaris International, Fidunion International, and IGAF Worldwide have merged to form IGAF Polaris, creating one large accounting association that can provide member firms with the tools and resources they need to furnish a broad spectrum of efficient, cost-effective accounting, auditing, and management services to clients around the globe. The merged association will create a powerful independent global accounting association with combined annual revenue of US$1.82 billion and substantially increased global coverage.
	American Chamber of Commerce of Russia The Chamber's most important assets are its members. They are our clients, our workforce, and our strength. Our mission is to promote the development of commercial relations between the Russian Federation and the international community. We seek constructive solutions to trade and investment problems that protect and promote the legitimate common economic interests of our member companies. We do so with integrity and respect for our host country.
	Association of European Businesses The Association of European Businesses represents and promotes the interests of European companies conducting business in and with the Russian Federation. The AEB carries out activities to improve the Russian business and trade environment and to promote economic integration and partnership between the Russian Federation and the European Union.
	Russo-British Chamber of Commerce The Russo-British Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee that has worked to promote trade and cooperation between the UK and Russia since 1916, helping companies in both countries to find trading partners and representing the interests of its member companies of all sizes.
	Moscow Audit Chamber The Moscow Audit Chamber was created to assist in developing and improving auditing activities, increasing the professional potential of auditing staff, and to represent and defend the rights and legal interests of its members first and foremost, as well as those of auditing organizations and independent auditors.
