Quotas On Foreign Employees May Be Cancelled For Large Organizations
 25.08.08
Officials of the Federal Tax Service (FTS) have proposed canceling quotas for companies that invite more than 1000 workers from abroad, says FTS representative Ekaterina Egorova.
Officials have previously proposed removing quotas for foreign employees completely – but that has met with some resistance from other officials. As of today, quotas have been lifted for 22 positions.
Egorova also says that some members of the FTS are proposing that employers be required to pay for Russian language lessons for their foreign employees.
