The official websites of the Russian government (www.government.ru) and the prime minister (www.premier.gov.ru) have posted a complete text of the "Programme of anticrisis measures by the Russian government for 2009", the cabinet's press service has reported.

"The given document will be soon submitted for consideration to the Russian Federation State Duma together with the bills on amendments to the federal budget and the budgets of state non-budget funds for 2009. The document will also be offered for a wide discussion with participation of political parties, the Public Chamber, experts, business circles and trade unions in the subjects of the Federation and the federal districts," the report reads.

The press service said that visitors could express their opinions and suggestions on the anti-crisis programme developed by the Russian government on the prime minister's official website.
