Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Wednesday will again come to his office in Ilyinka Street to receive citizens who need help and advice of the head of state.

Medvedev for the first time held reception of the population on April 9 when the reception office of the Kremlin administration was transformed into the president’s reception office. All people may apply at 23/16, Ilyinka Street with their appeals, requests and proposals.

The change of the reception office’s format is caused by Medvedev’s intention to draw the regional and federal authorities’ attention to the fulfilment of his instructions and the need to give more care to people’s problems.

The head of state here has rather many work possibilities: there is a room for him on the second floor equipped with satellite communication with regional branches of this reception office. The format of videoconference for Medvedev is comfortable: he has many times held conferences with the heads of regions using videoconference communication and believes that this format allows promptly settling many questions.
