Russia's commercial real estate sector is currently the fastest growing in the world, and an estimated $3-3.5 billion was invested into commercial real estate in 2006 – several times more than the previous year. And the money is still coming: this year total investment into commercial real estate is expected to top $5 billion, with half of this coming from foreign investors.
