In Tatarstan, a bill that would reduce the profit tax by 4 percent was approved in its first reading. The reduced tax is to be available to anyone who invests in the territory of Tatarstan. The decreased rate will be available within the payback period of investments, but not for more than 7 years. For those who invest in mechanical engineering, however, the payback period is to be increased to 13 years.
