  The Central Bank of the Russian Federation Has Lowered the Refinancing Rate Again

The department of public relations of the Bank of Russia has announced that the refinancing rate of the Bank of Russia was lowered to 10% per annum as of June 19, 2007.

 


The rate was previously lowered on January 29th, 2007 from 11% to 10.5%.
