Officials from the FTS may soon collect basic information about each citizen's taxes. To this end, the head of the FTS, Michael Mokretsov, proposed yesterday at the Federal Council that control over tax payments be replaced with a model base on the "object of control - the taxpayer." According to RBC Daily, this innovation will allow for individuals’ taxes and to be more effectively tracked and will reduce the state costs in calculating and sending tax notices.

The FTS believes that the innovation will allow for the creation of a uniform tax package paid by citizens. Currently, separate notices are sent for property, land, and transportation taxes.
