Deputies from the Moscow City Council support changes to the federal law “On The Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Russia.” If these modifications are accepted, foreign students studying in Russian colleges and universities will be allowed to work when they are not in class. According to the deputies, acceptance of such a bill will promote the legal use of foreign labor trained in Russia.
