Chet Bowling holds a BA and MA in Law from the Russian People’s Friendship University and received his MBA from the Business School of Kingston University in the United Kingdom.
As the Managing Partner and a founder of Alinga Consulting Group in 1999, he has played a leading role in managing the service delivery and consulting major clients.
Chet specializes in taxation of foreign companies doing business in Russia and his experience includes advising a large US industrial gases company on a multi-million dollar equity and debt investment into Russia; providing transaction support to a French food manufacturer acquiring a factory in the south of Russia; providing tax structuring to a UK investor in the Russian agro sector.
