The Ministry of Finance decided that an organization is required to pay the fees for software and telephone services, as well as consulting and auditing services, as outlined by the original contract, even when the services are not actually used.

According to a letter dated May 26, 2008 № 03-03-06/1/330, businesses have the right to deduct these expenses from their taxes.
