At a session held on Monday, the committee of the State Duma for Budget and Taxes recommended approval of the amendment to the Tax Code of the Russian Federation that specifies norms of application of the tax to the added cost.

The amendment specifies that the tax base does not join money resources received on account of forthcoming deliveries of goods or performance of works.  It also specifies that the tax base does not join money resources received by the rendering of services for tax bearers whose duration of a production cycle exceeds 6 months or who carry out operations assessed under the zero tax rate or that are exempt from taxation.
