What Is Allowed At The Border Checkpoints
 22.07.08
Insurance vendors, currency exchanges, and even coffee vending machines are no longer allowed at border points into Russia.
Prime-Minister Vladimir Putin signed an exhaustive list of commercial activities that will be allowed at such border checkpoints. The list includes medical stations, duty-free shops and communications agencies. Public catering services will be allowed only in airports and marinas. Banking services are limited to those processing customs fees and other payments from individuals.
