Compensation for additional leave may be included as deductable expenses for tax purposes. The ministry refered to Article 255, Paragraph 7 of the Tax Code which states that salary expenses for corporate tax purposes include salary compensation during vacation leave paid to employees. Therefore, the additional vacation allowance counts as a tax dedication.
