Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual, submitting a request on the website https://www.bellerage.com via feedback forms, acting freely, voluntarily, and in its own interest, as well as confirming their legal capacity, consents to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Consent”) by Bellerage Outsourcing and Consulting Limited Liability Company (TIN 7707743155, russia@bellerage.com, +7 495 755 55 68), registered at the address 115054, Moscow, Shchipok St., 11, building 1, floor 1, premises I, room No. 1-15 (“Operator”), for the processing of its personal data in accordance with the conditions set forth below:

1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data: personal data that does not belong to special categories of personal data or to biometric personal data: email address (e-mail); name; information about place of work; mobile phone number.
2. Consent is given to the processing of personal data both with and without using automation tools.
3. The purpose of processing personal data: discussion of potential cooperation.
4. Actions for processing personal data include: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.
5. Personal data is processed for 30 days from the date of refusal to discuss potential cooperation or from the date of the conclusion of an agreement with the Operator, whichever occurs earlier.
6. Consent can be revoked by sending a written statement or an electronic statement to Bellerage Outsourcing and Consulting LLC, signed in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address indicated at the beginning of the Consent.

In the event of revocation of Consent, Bellerage Outsourcing and Consulting LLC has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.

Consent is valid for the entire duration until the processing of personal data is terminated, as indicated in paragraphs 5-6 of the Consent.
